Incoming galvanized steel, aluminum profiles, lead sheet, glazing and hardware prepared for door-leaf fabrication.
Material quality decides door quality. Incoming galvanized steel, aluminum profiles, lead sheet, tempered glazing and hardware are received against specifications, batch-recorded and stored in zones by project.
Before fabrication, profiles are cut and drilled per door drawings, and lead sheet is cut to leaf patterns - each kit labeled with its room number so production never mixes projects.
