Scale and production capacity
We have manufactured since 2018 for hospitals, contractors and distributors: 200+ hospital projects served and 30,000+ doors delivered to more than 30 countries. Large programs are planned in phases and by site zone, with the same documentation in every shipment.
By keeping profile machining, leaf lamination and operator assembly under one roof, lead times do not depend on third parties: standard production runs 20-35 days after drawing confirmation, and repeat designs ship faster.
What the machines in the photos can do
The flexible sheet center and laser cutting prepare leaves and reinforcements with repeatable tolerances; the CNC punch press executes the window and lock layouts of your drawings without manual templates.
The automatic powder coating line applies uniform RAL finishes at project volumes, and the adhesive dispenser controls HPL and steel bonding on the leaves — the same process for 1 replacement door or 200.
Quality, packing and delivery
Every hermetic door leaves the line verified: travel, sealing and safety functions are checked one by one, and airtightness tests are documented per shipment. Packing is done by site zone so installation moves forward without digging through containers.
We ship FOB or CIF as you prefer, with labels, packing lists and datasheets ready for the project or tender file.

Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. A typical tour covers machining, lamination, powder coating and the assembly line in half a day; we coordinate with your China schedule, or run a remote video walkthrough if you prefer.
What is your monthly capacity?
It depends on the product mix: HPL swing doors flow faster than lead-lined hermetic doors with leaded glass windows. 200+ door programs are delivered in phases; send your door schedule and we confirm the calendar.
What quality documentation do you provide?
Test reports per door type (airtightness, fire performance per destination market), CE marking where applicable, and datasheets per model — all ready for the tender file.
