The automatic adhesive dispensing system applies glue in controlled beads during door-leaf lamination. Machine-controlled application means full coverage at a consistent thickness - no dry spots that delaminate, no excess that bleeds onto finished surfaces.
HPL sheets, stainless faces and lead shielding are all bonded through this process, giving hospital doors the flat, bubble-free surfaces that survive trolley impacts and daily cleaning.
