How Your Doors Are Packed

Every door travels in layers: corner protectors on each leaf, EPS board on both faces, then a carton per leaf; frames are bundled in protective film with kraft wrap. Glass leaves and lead-glass windows travel in individual wooden crates, and all hardware ships in labeled bags matched to room numbers - so the site team hangs door 305 with the parts bag marked 305, nothing else.

Container Loading in Installation Order

Doors are loaded in reverse installation order: hardware and accessories deepest, then operators, then leaves, then frames last - so the first items your site needs come out of the container first. A typical 20GP fits a ward-floor program of standard swing doors; hermetic sliding doors with operators take more volume, and we confirm the exact loading plan per order. For mixed projects we can load by building phase so each site delivery matches the construction sequence.

Trade Terms: Which One Fits You

EXW suits trading companies with their own forwarder collecting at our factory. FOB (Guangzhou or Shenzhen) is the default for most distributors - we handle export clearance, you control the freight. CIF suits hospital project teams without export experience: we arrange freight and insurance to your port. DAP delivers to your site door for general contractors who want one responsibility line. Tell us your situation and we quote in the term that fits.

Documents We Issue

Every shipment leaves with a packing list matched to room numbers, a commercial invoice, and a certificate of origin. Depending on the project we also provide test reports (airtightness, fire, or lead shielding as applicable), product certificates, and installation drawings. These are the documents customs and site acceptance normally ask for - tell us your destination requirements and we prepare the set in advance.

Lead Time & Shipping

Standard production runs 20-35 days after drawing confirmation; repeat orders of confirmed designs are faster. We ship mainly from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Typical sailing times are around 10-18 days to Southeast Asia, 18-30 days to the Middle East, and 30-45 days to Africa and South America - your sales engineer confirms the current schedule with your booking.
