The forming punch press rolls reinforced profiles for heavy-duty frames - the frames behind fire-rated steel doors and high-traffic swing doors. Forming in-house keeps profile strength under our control instead of depending on outside suppliers.
Reinforced profiles take the load of door closers, panic hardware and constant bed traffic without deforming, which is why our steel doors stay aligned through years of hospital use.
