The smart CNC bending machine forms frame profiles with automatic angle correction. Door frames are bent to the programmed profile in one setup, so the left jamb, right jamb and header of every frame match perfectly.

Repeat accuracy is what makes our frames interchangeable: a replacement frame ordered two years later still fits the original opening and hinge positions.
