Production Workshop

The production workshop is where door leaves are laminated, sealed and fitted. HPL ward doors, stainless cleanroom doors and lead-lined X-ray doors share the same dimensional-control process: every opening is cut to the customer's drawings before it enters the schedule.

Operators work to printed cutting lists and inspection checkpoints, so repeated orders for the same hospital project come out identical - the detail that matters most when doors ship to site in container loads.
