This corner of the office follows quality and after-sales. Inspection records from the workshop are filed against each order number here, so if a customer reports an issue years later, we can trace the batch, the operator and the test result.

The same desk tracks spare-part shipments - sensors, seals, rollers - so a replacement part leaves the factory within days, not weeks.
