The Salvagnini flexible sheet metal center is the heart of our door-panel fabrication. It combines automatic punching, laser cutting and bending in one flexible cell, so a new door size can be set up from the drawing file in minutes instead of hours.

For hospital projects this matters: door openings are rarely identical, and this line lets us cut custom widths and heights per drawing without slowing standard production. Panel edges come off the line clean and square, which is the base for consistent frame fit later.
