Every door set passes final inspection before packing: dimensional check against the approved drawing, operator function and safety reversal, seal compression, and for hermetic doors an airtightness check with the results recorded per serial number.
Fire-rated and lead-lined assemblies additionally carry their certificate documentation matched to the shipment. Inspection records travel with the order so site teams and approval bodies can verify what was tested.
