This clean room door system pairs an HPL-faced hermetic leaf with interlocking control for EPS wall panel constructions - the combination used in isolation rooms and controlled clean areas where two doors must not open at the same time.

Three leaf configurations cover the traffic patterns of healthcare buildings: single leaf for staff and patient rooms, equal double leaf for bed corridors, and unequal double leaf where a wide passage shares a service leaf.

The leaf is built from MDF, melamine or HPL panel over an aluminum honeycomb filler - flat, stiff and light - set into aluminum or colored-steel frames that install into sandwich panels, handicraft panels or direct wall openings.

Dimension, door-leaf type, color and panel material are all customizable to the project schedule; the system carries ISO certification and a B1 fire-protection core.
